If you are not satisfied with any of your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it with any of the listed items in that price range. We will ensure delivery of the item in 10 to 30 days from the day of placing order, subject to the availability and destination of shipment

Shipment

Delivery / Shipment of goods in 10 to 30 days subject to availability of the item and the destination of shipment.

RETURNS

All returns must be post marked within 10 days from the date of purchase. All return items should be packed well and send it back without any damages or being used. Also, make sure to send with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please feel free to take any help on our contact no. or email us at info@supersavers.co.in. By doing this you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, once you get the RMA kindly courier the parcel on the following address:

NOTE: We kindly request you to fulfill the following requirements before sending the parcel.

  • The product should not be damage
  • Original brand box.
  • Labels attached.
  • Invoice
  • All accessories
  • Should be properly packed.

 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for one side shipping charges. We strongly recommend to use a trackable method to courier the parcel.

REFUNDS

We do not have a refund policy. Only exchange of the product is allowed.
